Søvilla - Lake Villa

PARTY OR RECEPTION
The little red house Søvilla is perfectly suited to private parties like confirmations, birthday parties, etc. if you wish to celebrate the occasion in charming surroundings. Søvilla is separate from the exhibition area and has a spectacular view of the Sculpture Park. You may choose to combine the festivities with a visit to the exhibitions in Kurbygning (the Spa Building) and Skovvilla (the Forest Villa) or with a tour of the Sculpture Park.

MEETINGS AND COURSES
Søvilla is well suited to small business meetings, client meetings, and similar events. Such events can have up to about 40 participants. For courses, the number is somewhat lower. 

The beautiful surrounding nature and the option of taking a walk through the Sculpture park is a special element when arranging meetings in Søvilla. There is also the option of having the event include a visit to the exhibitions in Kurbygning (the Spa Building) and Skovvilla (the Forest Villa).

• The facilities seat 35-40 persons
• AV equipment can be borrowed
• The Art Centre café offers catering for lunches and coffee brakes during the day.

According to agreement, this can also take place inKurbygning or in Søvilla.

PRICES 
Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays: DKK 2.500,00
Mondays to Thursdays: DKK 2.000,00
The amount covers availability of Søvilla from 10:00 to 9:00 the following day. An additional day for preparatory work may be arranged at a fee of DKK 1,000.00
 
Deposit: DKK 800,00
Latest booking cancellation without deposit forfeiture is 3 months ahead of the agreed event date; 6 months if the event is a confirmation celebration. For cancellation, a fee of DKK 250,00 will be charged.
 
Cleaning
Optional cleaning services: DKK 750,00

NB: The possibility to rent Søvilla ends at 1 July, 2023.
