Cafe Søvilla

Cafe Søvilla is located in the beautiful red wooden building in the park at the Silkeborg Bad Art Center.

Here you can buy delicious home made buns, coffee and cake, beer and organic drinks.

Opening hours: Saturday-Sunday + public holidays 11.00-16.00

Søvilla originally housed rooms for spa guests who visited Silkeborg Bad. The building was designed by architect Vilhelm Dahlerup, who was also the man behind, among other things, the Royal Danish Theatre, the Glyptoteket, the Danish National Gallery, Hotel d'Angleterre and the Pantomime Theatre in Tivoli.

NB: Café Søvilla is a “drop-in” café, so you cannot reserve a table in advance.
